Six metres high, five metres deep and 16 metres cantilever (!) archways forming the impressive framework for the trade fair presentation of the radiator manufacturer – Purmo-Radson. The new European-wide concept, “The Gates” of Kaarster i.xpo trade fair specialists, celebrated their premiere at the Frankfurt International Trade Fair for Heating and Air-conditioning Technology ISH.
Three static offices were involved in implementing the very technical and demanding 700 square metre stands. The result was impressive. The three series archways added together to form an inspiring general impression and evidently positioned the company’s leadership in the market. Through its transverse to longitudinal side positions it reinforced the depth of the show and gave three lines of free sight, 35 meters each. Underneath the archways, four differently designed product islands were arranged as well as, catering and communication areas. The presentation of the new pipe for floor heating PexPenta, was the main attraction of the product presentations. Consequently, the performing percussionist utilised the new pipe instead of the drum sticks. Moreover, the new product was represented in the 20 square metre wide sections and used as a decorative element. The completion of the three archways was built through the two-story building in which the bar, functions rooms, meetings areas and VIP were located.
The concept can be adapted to fit different stand sizes and in the next four years, will be seen in: Paris, Brussels, Stockholm, Essen, Hamburg, Nurnberg, Utrecht, and Helsinki. The Finnish mother company Rettig ICC – the largest radiator manufacturer in Europe, believes in the work done by i.xpo as their brands like Purmo and Radson are already present at the trade fair for the sixth year running.
