Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe invited visitors to the European Leadership Campus 2017 in the Berliner CityCube, and more than 1,000 retail partners from 53 European countries and the CAMEA region came.
From the foyer, the guests passed through a tunnel to get to the opening event in the auditorium. The conceptual highlight: the visitors didn’t notice that they were already crossing the exhibition area at this time. During the welcome speech by the hosts and various keynote speeches, the tunnel was quietly dismantled by the i.xpo assembly team, then the curtain fell just in time and the surprised guests started to explore the campus. There was plenty to discover: catering areas, lounges, the workplace of the future and of course the many new products. i.xpo was responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of the, in total, 3,600 m2 exhibition area. To implement an event of this magnitude in only five days required day and night shifts from the assembly team, a reliable logistics chain, and a resilient project management team – all this was provided by i.xpo, again ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Under the overall management of the Hamburg agency Reccon, an event was thus created, that the visitors will remember for years to come.
